1) Delivery Costs:

Shipping will be given as a option to choose at checkout when you place your order.

Free Delivery is only available on mainland UK orders over £50

For UK orders under £50, shipping is charged on a flat rate basis of £4.99

Over £50, UK Delivery: FREE

All International Shipping Charges are calculated by Weight and the thresholds are as follows:

Upto 0.5kg = £7.50; to 1.5kg = £14.50; to 2.5kg = £19.50; to 3kg = £24.50; to 5kg = £39.50; to 6kg = £44.50; to 10kg = £54.50; to 20kg = £75.00

c) Delivery Zone C - (Europe)

Upto 0.5kg = £9.50; to 1.5kg = £19.50; to 2.5kg = £24.50; to 3kg = £29.50; to 5kg = £49.50; to 6kg = £49.50; to 10kg = £64.50; to 20kg = £100.00

d) Delivery Zone D - (Rest of the World 1)

Upto 0.5kg = £12.50; to 1.5kg = £24.50; to 2.5kg = £29.50; to 3kg = £39.50; to 5kg = £59.50; to 6kg = £69.50; to 10kg = £79.50; to 20kg = £125.00

e) Delivery Zone E - (Rest of the World 2)

Upto 0.5kg = £14.50; to 1.5kg = £29.50; to 2.5kg = £39.50; to 3kg = £49.50; to 5kg = £69.50; to 6kg = £79.50; to 10kg = £89.50; to 20kg = £150.00

f) Delivery Zone F - (Rest of the World 3)

Upto 0.5kg = £14.50; to 1.5kg = £29.50; to 2.5kg = £49.50; to 3kg = £59.50; to 5kg = £79.50; to 6kg = £89.50; to 10kg = £99.50; to 20kg = £200.00

2) Delivery Timeframe

All UK deliveries have a variable shipping timeframe i.e. it may take 2-3 working days for delivery of gloves but a 4XL special order suit may take 12-16 days.

You will be given an accurate timeframe within 24 hours once your order has been placed. If you would like to know this in advance, please contact us with the full item description (including options you require) for a accurate shipping timeframe

As soon as your order is dispatched by us, you will be sent an email to confirm that it's on its way with email titled 'Order Shipped'

We work in different time zones so you could receive the email during the day or at night.

Once shipped your order should be delivered within the timescale advertised. You can track most orders using the tracking number by logging into your Moto Gear account. If this is not available at the time, please contact us to request a tracking number for your order.

3) Delivery Options

We can deliver to your permanent residential address or your place of employment but we can not always deliver to a PO Box and Armed Forces addresses as the couriers we use sometimes do not deliver to these addresses so please ask us beforehand if your intention is to use a PO Box or Armed Forces address.

If you want your delivery to reach you at work, you need to be confident that someone will be there to take receipt of the goods as the courier will deliver to the place not the person!

4) Import Tax (if outside the EU)

Import and Custom Tax Charges (only applicable to orders outside the EU) may be due (the courier will contact you directly for this) and it is your responsibility to pay this charge which varies country to country.

We always do our best to help in minimizing this and always send items marked as a 'gift'.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

5) Discount for Custom Made Order 

Please follow step by step instructions below on how to claim your free worldwide shipping when ordering a custom made suit. Please be aware that custom suit and jacket orders have a extended delivery timeframe compared to other products on website.

The revised estimated timeframe for your custom order will be given after you have placed your order and will be dependent on the level of customization you have requested in your order. ( our avg , shipping time for custom made race suit is 3 to 4 weeks )

1) Add the suit with all options you require to the shopping basket and click on basket on top right side of website

2) Add any additional notes to your order if required and select your shipping zone (cost will get discounted in next steps)

3) Before payment step, ask us for Discount Codes  from the order . You can ask discount code via email : info@moto-gear.us

4) Enter registered card details and then submit your order

5) The revised estimated timeframe for shipping your custom order will be emailed to you as a status update to your order, or you can check online by logging into your account after 48 hours
